Last updated 1 June 2026. This policy explains what data we collect when you submit a ban appeal and how we use it.
We collect the minimum data necessary to process ban appeals and notify you of the outcome. We do not sell, share, or monetise your data in any way. This policy only applies to data collected through the Dragon Ball Rage ban appeal system.
When you submit an appeal we collect the following information:
| Data | Why we collect it |
|---|---|
| Discord user ID & username | To identify which account the appeal relates to and look up ban status. |
| Roblox user ID & username | To identify which in-game account the appeal relates to. |
| Appeal text | To understand the circumstances of the ban and evaluate your case. |
| Email address (optional) | To notify you when a decision has been made. Never shared. |
| Uploaded files | Evidence provided in support of your appeal. Stored only for the duration of the review. |
When you log in with Discord or Roblox we use OAuth 2.0. We only request the minimum scopes needed — identify for Discord and openid profile for Roblox. We do not access your messages, friend lists, followers, or any other account data beyond your user ID and display name.
We do not store OAuth access or refresh tokens beyond the duration of your session. Your login session is used only to pre-fill the appeal form — we do not use it to take any actions on your Discord or Roblox account.
Your data is used solely to review and respond to your ban appeal. Specifically:
• Staff reviewing your appeal will see your usernames, ban status, and the content of your appeal.
• If you provided an email, we may send a single notification when your appeal is resolved.
Appeal records are retained for 7 days after a decision is made, after which they are permanently deleted. Uploaded files are deleted immediately once the appeal is closed. If you provided an email address, it is deleted along with the appeal record.
The appeal system uses Discord OAuth and Roblox OAuth for authentication. By logging in you are also subject to their respective privacy policies:
• Discord Privacy Policy
• Roblox Privacy Policy
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord or Roblox.
For questions or requests regarding your data, contact staff through the Dragon Ball Rage Discord server or open a ticket in the support channel.
